Optic Disc
This piece was the first iteration of what would become the primary visual element of my MFA thesis exhibition. The panel, slightly concave and coated with glass reflector beads typically used in roadway markings, featured a dynamic, highly reflective surface that would shift color and texture in response to movement of the viewer.
